Good afternoon everyone unfortunately we have not had a working phone line in 30 days. From what we understand the owner has been working on the issue and has told us it will be turned back on by next week. So again we wait patiently! In the meantime we are still here at the 28th St location Tuesday thru Saturday. We apologize for any inconvenience but it is out of our hands. Good morning everyone! We have been having difficulties with our phone lines for about a week now. We found out yesterday that the building manager cut off our phone service by accident when she switched our internet service. She will be working on getting the phones back up today! Hey everyone Brandy here, so last week was ROUGH being my first days back at work!! I need to be honest though, so yall can have a better understanding of the situation, cause I know ALOT of people were frustrated. I am released from the surgeon to work PART-TIME/LIGHT DUTY but I'm NOT released from the physical therapy team to return so i don't have to be here! I've decided to try and come back but listen to my body and STICK TO MY BOUNDARIES. I know yall are used to me working in a family at one time 2, 3, or 4 cuts back to back but I'm NOT up for that yet I literally can't do it. I'm currently taking 6 clients a day with a 20-30 minute rest with my foot elevated due to swelling. I apologize for y'alls frustration but I am NOT going to hurt myself and ruin all the work done on my foot and ankle. Please be patient and give me time. If you're curious to see what I'm rehabbing and why its taking so long my surgery pics will be in the comments. If you're squeamish don't look in the comments. 😂 no charge for the foot pic

Hey everyone Brandy checking in again, I've been cleared to go back to work the 2nd week of January!!! 🥳 please keep in mind I will be taking things slowly I'm not ready to stand 8hrs straight doing cuts/colors back to back. Feel free to text me to get on my schedule. Please be patient as I build my stamina back up I will work in as many cuts/colors as possible without hurting myself. Hey everyone Brandy here checking in, I've been out of work for 2 months now after having 4 surgeries on my foot. The surgeon did not release me so I will be out another 4 weeks 😭 I was NOT prepared for this!!! I do apologize to my faithful clients for this inconvenience but Drs orders and my well-being are a must. I do want to let everyone know I've crochet some beanie hats they are for sale at the shop for $10 if anyone is interested it would help me out a bit too 😉. Thanks for y'alls patience and I hope to see y'all in 4 weeks!!

Good afternoon!! So I now have a scheduled surgery date, it will be September 16th !! I've been told it will be a 8--10 week recovery they will be repairing the torn tendons in my ankle! The last day I will work will be Saturday September 13th that's 3 weeks from now and I hope to squeeze in as many of y'all as I can !! See yall soon, Brandy

Hello everyone, It's been confirmed by my Dr that I will be needing surgery on my ankle. I've been avoiding it and doing other things to try to strengthen and let it heal on its own with no success. So, I'm looking at a 8--10 week recovery nothing has been scheduled yet, but I'm letting everyone know what will be happening soon. I will let everyone know my surgery date as soon as I schedule it so I can get as many people in before I take time off. I hate this but I need my ankle fixed so I can keep working for my clients for years to come 😅. Thanks a million... Brandy
