As summer approaches and the kiddos are out of school, here’s a quick reminder of our Child Policy.
We appreciate you helping keep our salon safe and relaxing for all - especially YOU😉

👨‍👧👩‍👧‍👦CHILD POLICY👨‍👦‍👦👩‍👦PLEASE READ:::
With new clients coming in, and as a reminder to our existing clients, we felt it necessary to repost our policy regarding children and their presence in the salon.
Our goal is to make your salon experience as relaxing as possible. We post this notice with the utmost respect to the parents in our salon, as we are parents ourselves and understand this can be a sensitive issue.
For the comfort and safety of our clients, and to be in accordance with insurance and state board policies, CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 8 are not to be present in the salon unless they are accompanied by an adult in the waiting area at all times. If this problem arises, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
We feel as a business, children who visit the salon during their parents/guardians appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. We work in an environment that has sharp objects, chemicals, and hot tools to name a few. We encourage parents to visit the salon without their children unless the child has an appointment of their own. Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child. We do not have the facilities to care for children, and we cannot assure their safety.
During services, children can also be a distraction to those performing and receiving services. We do not want anything to keep us from focusing and doing our very best during every service or to compromise the relaxtion of our other guests. Clients often come to the salon to have “me time” away from their children and are paying for a relaxing experience. Please be considerate of their personal time.
We hope that you will aid us in keeping our salon a safe and relaxing environment for all. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.

For the BEST tan outcome, follow these simple steps…..

🤎Avoid showering 1-3 hours prior to appointment time.
🤎On the days leading up to your sunless appointment moisturize with a hydrating quality body lotion. Avoid chemical exfoliants as these will cause tan to fade quickly and unevenly.
🤎Shave and exfoliate your skin the day prior to your appointment to remove any dead skin, impurities, and past spray or self-tan. This will ensure a flawless and even application.
🤎Avoid having lotion, makeup, deodorant, perfume, soap residue, sweat, body oil etc. on the skin prior to or during your appointment time. All can cause a barrier between your skin and the sunless tan solution creating an undesired outcome.
🤎Wear or bring long, loose, and dark clothing to appointment to put on following. This will ensure both your comfort during developing and will help your tan from transferring or smudging.

What started as a cosmetology internship turned into so much more. Even after finishing her internship, she just kept showing up—continuing to learn, grow, and help out around the salon.
We’ve absolutely loved having her around, and thankfully, she feels the same - so we decided it was time to make it official!🎉

Starting June 11th, Jill will be joining the team as a receptionist!
AND in August, she’ll be stepping behind the chair and starting her career as a stylist ✂️✨

Watching new talent grow is one of the most exciting parts of this industry, and we truly believe Jill has such a bright future ahead of her.
She’s already a perfect fit for our salon family — and we are so excited to be part of her journey.
