90 DAY UPDATE ❤️‍🔥
and this journey has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever pushed through—but I’m still here, still fighting, still moving forward.
The brace is officially GONE 🙌 and that alone feels like a huge weight lifted. PT is next, I’m working on getting my pain under control, and I’m up to lifting 10 lbs—which might not sound like much, but right now it feels like everything.
Because the truth is… this hasn’t been pretty.
The withdrawals hit hard—physically, mentally, emotionally—and it pushed me to a place I wouldn’t wish on anyone. But I got through it. Somehow, I kept going. Jayme is the real reason I am here today…cause boy, this literally was the HARDEST THING I’VE EVER BEEN THROUGH.
I’m still not driving regularly yet, and that loss of independence has been tough. It’s a constant reminder that I’m healing—but not healed.
And still… the little wins keep me going. The small moments of progress that remind me I’m not stuck—I’m climbing my way back.
The goal hasn’t changed: getting back behind the chair by the end of May/Early June✂️�But when I return, it will be with limited availability so I can ease my way back into full time the right way.
This experience has tested me in every way possible—but it’s also shown me a strength I didn’t know I had.
To everyone who’s shown up for me, checked in, sent love, or just held space for me in this season—thank you. You’ve helped carry me through the darkest parts of this.
I’m not at the finish line yet… but I’m a hell of a lot stronger than I was 90 days ago.
