I’m so in love & obsessed with tape ins.

Here’s how to make them last…

•DO NOT flat iron the part that bonds with your hair. If you do it will melt the tape resulting in them sliding out faster.

•DO NOT wash your hair more than once a week. This will weaken the tape as well and they will not last as long. I personally wash my tape ins bi-weekly.

•I blow dry the hair first then put my clients under the dryer for 5-10 mins for the roots to dry.

•Be extra careful when detangling while wet.

Getting your haircut aids in retaining length by removing split ends. How often you need to get one depends on: the condition of your hair, your regular hair care routine, and whether you want to maintain a certain style or cut.

•2-4 weeks when you want to maintain your style or haircut. Especially if it’s short.

•4-8 weeks if your hair has been chemically processed or you’ve just established a hair care routine with your stylist.

•8-12 weeks is ideal for someone who has healthy hair.
