For Neill Educator career success isn't a solo act, it’s a "mosaic of invisible contributions" from the women who believed in her when she didn't believe in herself.

From her mother, Angela Deville, who reminded her that creativity holds power, to seeing industry icon on stage in 2005 and setting a goal to one day learn from the best.

Today, Brandie has moved from the audience to the stage, gratefully working on Antoinette’s team at Aveda Congress and paying that mentorship forward to the next generation of stylists.
