Who’s ready for some ramen?! 🍜 Hikari Ramen Bar is serving up some awesome ramen and rice burgers here in Baton Rouge! I really enjoyed dining here as the service was kind and the ambiance was absolutely unmatched! They have a large variety of bubble teas including one of my personal favorites, Yakult!!! If you aren’t familiar with Yakult, it’s an asian yogurt drink that has tons of probiotics and it’s absolutely yummy! I was super happy to see Yakult fruit teas here on the menu. The star of the night was definitely the Chicken Yakitori! It was tender, juicy, and seasoned well! Pro tip: Dip it with the spicy sauce and it’s even BETTER! We both tried different versions of the tonkatsu ramen. The Tonkatsu Red is SPICY while the Tonkatsu Black is deeper in flavor and creamy. Both of them are topped with Chasu , and the BEST charsu may I add. Hikari has such a cute, warm and inviting ambiance. It’s perfect for date nights or grabbing a quick bite!
