We truly believe Scratch Bakery is the best bakery in Hampton Roads… dare we say… the world. 🧡🧡🧡

We met the Sanford family nearly 15+ years ago at Port Warwick in Newport News and instantly became fans. We loved them so much we kept saying, “Please come to Hampton!” And they did.

They started with a smaller space, continued to grow, and have been serving up gooey bars, cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and smiles ever since.

But what makes Scratch Bakery special isn’t just the desserts.

It’s the people.

They pour into the community, support local events, encourage other small businesses, and make Hampton Roads a sweeter place to call home.
