Brief history - I thought I killed this hibiscus 🌺 two years in a row but she's back. I originally got her from the "I'm Not Dead Yet" discount rack at the hardware store. Life finds a way.
The heat transfer method uses the exothermic reaction from the lye water to melt hard oils and butters instead of needing a heat source (like a double boiler or microwave) to melt the hard oils.
