2 Hour Transformational Wellness Session- $195

**Fascia Release Therapy- helps release areas of restriction and tension while encouraging greater ease of movement and body awareness.
** Subconscious Imprinting Session- Guiding relaxation and positive reinforcement techniques designed to help cultivate empowering thoughts, intentions, and mindset shifts.
** Breathwork- Helps quiet the mind, prepares the body for relaxation, and helps move emotional energy out of the body.

** Sound bath- activates the parasympathetic nervous system through vibrations of different sound frequencies.
