ATTENTION CLIENT’S IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY PLEASE READ !!!!

We value your time. To ensure the best service for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee that will be added to the total of your next scheduled appointment !

No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will be required to prepay this fee before future bookings!

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will need to adjust your service or reschedule to accommodate other clients scheduled appointments.

All services and cancellation / no show fees are to be paid in cash only we do not accept checks ,debit or credit cards or any type of online payment !

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to work with you in those cases we appreciate your business and your loyalty to our business Thank you for respecting our time and policies.
