FINALLY, we are almost there!! It has been one step forward and countless back, but on a wing and many prayers, we are actually to a point of seeing the sunshine again. I miss everyone and hope all is well. As for lack of posting, the damage was surreal for even an estimated date. I'm not one to promise and not deliver. With that being said, there is not a set date yet as there are a few more things to be handled that are above me before we are able to open completely. Thank you for having patience, understanding & support. I can not wait to see everyone, much love always.πŸ’—

Hope all is well with everyone. I sure miss those smiling faces & gorgeous glows. As said, posts will happen when there is action. UPDATE: After 3 months today, through a good friend and a long time regular, he has sent his guys to take over. We have the drywall happening now. Thank Goodness! I have nor will give any "set date" being my lesson was 9 yrs ago. (Dollar Tree Smoke Damage) All I know is that it will still be a bit, but this gal refuses to give up w/o a comeback first. Trust & Believe, there is NO ONE in this world who is beyond past ready to reopen during the absolute worst time/season. This new team will make it happen! Thank you for all who's been very supportive. Love & Appreciate Always! ❀️

Hello, Everyone! Slowly but surely we are getting there...not at the desired pace, especially during the season we wait all year for, but in due time, we WILL be back in action. I miss your smiling faces and hope all is well. Much appreciation again for the check-ins, offered help, or simply on my well-being. Love always, Angie. ❀️

Update: "Phases"

Whoot Woo!! We FINALLY have started restoration after a month long of jumping through hoops, countless hours, meetings, calls, emails to adjusters, inspections, insurance, landlord & Servpro. (Who has been such great help.) I assure there is NO ONE more ready to see smiling faces & glowing skin in prime season than myself. As stated, when I had new info, I would share. UPDATE: We are approved to move forward. These guys are working extremely hard yet still a process ahead. A reopening date is not feasible at this time. Although, I WILL ASSURE THAT THIS GAL IS RELENTLESS!! Thank everyone for sincerely reaching out. Apologies for still needing to return calls and delay of posting. Unless ever as a business owner, it is not an easy road. I can not show my appreciation enough for all who has gave their full support. Because loyal customers, genuine friends even sweet newbies. You are ALL the reason I WILL EVER NOT Give Up! I will update when the next stage begins. Bright side, this is a major plus to get Hot Tan on its way. Thank you again.πŸ’›

Surreal

Beyond Devastated!! Many prayers or cross fingers that a restoration company can get this flooded disaster cleaned asap and my beds are not destroyed. I want to sincerely thank Rent-A-Center staff for coming to my rescue in freezing temps, soaked with wet shoes/pants, to help move any items possible salvageable. Also, friends who showed up, post, or called asking "what can we do to help?" Very Grateful & Blessed For Everyone! ❀️ Please have patience during this nightmare. It will definitely be a process, praying not too long.

Thank You All,
~Angie~

UPDATE: Currently trying desperately to get a service man in asap, hopefully today. It seems to be more than just frozen pipes. The furnace unit in itself is not working properly. I will update with better news when I have some. As of now the salon is clearly unable to operate. Again, apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.

Well folks, a lovely winter start. Our water pipes are frozen & only 40Β° in the salon. I think we all are over this extreme weather chill. Unfortunately, we have to close today. God willing, tomorrow we should be up and running. Although mother nature is out of my control but YES, for unlimited packages, days will be honored. Be safe & TRY to keep warm.

Yes, we are indeed closed today. Being -4Β° out and wind chill, -13Β° the salons heat will not keep up in this extreme weather. Thank you, try to stay warm.
