We want to take a moment to address no-show appointments.

Please understand that it takes 30 minutes for two of us to drive to the salon to be here for your scheduled appointment. When a client does not show up and gives no notice, it is not only a loss of income, but it is extremely disrespectful to our time and effort.

Moving forward, clients who no-show without communication will no longer be able to book with our salon. This policy is necessary to protect our time, our business, and the clients who do show up as scheduled.

We value and appreciate our respectful, loyal clients more than you know. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business. ❤️
