Monday and Friday's class begins a series on myofascia _ our connective body web. Explore poses that improve the health of our fascia and heal and maintain strength in the superficial front line this week.

At some time during our lives many of us will experience knee pain. The yoga classes on June 7 & June 10 will work with the knee alignment and strengthening. What a joy to have pain free knees.

During this week of Thanksgiving thoughts of gratitude are at the forefront of our minds. In the yoga classes this week we will work with the Fascia arms lines which run deep and superficially. And reach out all our thoughts of appreciation with our arms and with our minds.

Namaste! This week in classes come explore the meaning(s) of namaste and practice pulling the message of namaste with loving muscle energy :)

This week a new session begins on Fridays from 4-5:15 called Bone Health. It is for people with Ostoporosis. Osteopenia, or anyone who wants to improve their bone health. Come join the class ...no weight is put on any joint!!

On Monday we experience a brief rest from the sun...in class we will pause and restore with a practice of restoratives.

How often do you squat during the day?
Join us the next two week to enhance your hip/pelvis mobility and flexibility moving towards improved squats.

Come join me in one of three Anusara inspired YOGA classes that I currently teach. Classes are offered every Monday at 9428 North Government Way (Hayden Senior Gems). These three classes are: (1) An all age mixed level class at 5:15 - 6:30 pm; (2) A chair yoga class at 3:00 -3:45 pm,--geared toward newer students and those who cannot get up and down from the floor and (3) A senior yoga class at 4:00-5:00 pm. FIRST CLASS FREE.
