Defining Edge Men’s Studio is a high-end men’s grooming studio where style meets confidence. We’re seeking passionate, experienced barbers who are ready to deliver premium services, build clientele, and elevate their craft in a professional, masculine environment.

What We’re Looking For:
• NYS Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Existing clientele is a plus
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Willingness to grow in a boutique, service-driven space

Commission-Based Pay Structure:

We offer a performance-based commission system with clear opportunities to grow:
• Junior Barber: $0–$999/week in revenue – 50% commission
• Master Barber: $1,000–$1,749/week in revenue – 60% commission
• Edge Lead Barber: $1,750+/week in revenue – 70% commission

The more you bring in, the more you earn.

What We Provide:
• Clean, fully equipped studio space (you bring your tools and clientele)
• Booking software and full backbar provided
• Marketing and business support
• Flexible scheduling
