I’d like to dedicate some time to recognize our daughter, Samiah Pasha. In 2022, Samiah experienced a serious car accident that significantly impacted her education, causing her to lose valuable time in school. Despite the setback, she displayed remarkable determination and resilience as she fought her way back to reclaim her academic standing. Oh, the battles she endured!🥹

Samiah has built a thriving business called the_beat_house_cosmetics (hey yall), amidst frequent travel demands. She excels in hairstyling, participates in the Master’s event every Spring, ensures her little cousin’s safety after school, cares for her younger brother, accompanies her grandparents to medical appointments, and consistently supports all her friends and family. I emphasize these aspects because possessing academic and material wealth alone isn’t fulfilling if one’s character is lacking. I prioritize instilling strong character in my children, knowing it opens doors that nothing else can.

Samiah shines brightly in every room she enters. Despite her quiet and reserved nature, her brilliance emanates from within rather than being merely an external attribute. I’m delighted that educators, principals, coaches and guidance counselors promptly recognized the remarkable presence and influence she possesses.

Throughout her high school years, her father and I have been engaged in civilian deployments, necessitating close collaboration with the staff at Crosscreek. We deeply appreciate their invaluable assistance and support during this time.
