Dear Upper Pier Community,
It’s with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our beloved Bowser. He touched so many lives in the salon and our neighborhood—whether it was through a wag, a look, or simply his steady, soulful presence and warmth.
We’ll all miss him deeply and remember him always.
