When all else fails, the only way to fix a split end is to cut it. Getting regular haircuts will make your hair appear thicker and eventually it will grow out looking healthy and beautiful.
And let’s be honest, are those 5 inches of crunchy hair making you look better or just neglected?
Another option is a “healthy haircut”. Instead of cutting the length, you trim the dead hairs from the inside out.
