Let’s talk about how to get the most out of your hair wash🫧

- Shampoo twice; the first shampoo is to remove any oil or product buildup, the second shampoo is to actually cleanse your scalp and target whatever issue your shampoo is designed for.
- Condition ends; Condition only the last 2/3 of your hair. (I also condition a little around my face on my baby hairs) This will prevent any unnatural oils from your scalp producing longer periods in between washes
- Microfiber towel; Use a microfiber towel or wrap to remove water from your hair. The microfiber is gentler on your hair since your hair is at its most vulnerable for breakage when wet and soaks up more water than a regular towel.
- Leave in conditioner; IS 🔑 It is vital for helping detangle your damp hair, adding in heat protectant, and strengthening your hair shaft in preparation for brushing & drying.
- Oil/Serum; Use an oil or serum on your ends (make sure it heat protectant if it’s an oil!) to help give that extra coat of moisture and protection to your ends as your fixing to…
- Blowdry; Blowdrying is a necessary step in getting the most of out of your hair wash. Even if you can only dry your roots, DO IT! Your oils will dry up if you blow dry giving your more time before your next wash versus air drying which can promote dandruff, fungus, & an oily scalp!
