One of my favorite things about being an LMT and Fitness professional is the endless opportunity to grow, learn and connect. This process is never done - just quiet moments of integration - eventually spiraling up to new levels of understanding.

I am now working as Swaying Arrow Massage and Bodywork LLC.
My practice space has moved to downtown Highland Park! I will be joyfully sharing space with Dr. Jennifer Cohen of Fine Tuned Physical Therapy and Dr. Alison L. Kaye of Hearing Wellness Centers. Most of February and March was spent earning a Functional Fitness Specialist Certificate from ACE; and next week I will be earning my 45-hour Klose Method MLD certification.

I will continue to strive toward helping people feel good in their bodies, calm in their minds and comfortable doing the things they love.

My name is Rachel Farr and I am a massage therapist.
I work with professional athletes in the NBA and NFL, recreational athletes, and people that have zero interest in being athletic. On 7/1 I will begin working out of a space in Bannockburn (Waukegan and Half Day Rd.) in the same building as Illinois Bone and Joint, just down the way from Midtown Health Club. During the Bulls off season I will be taking clients there, as well as doing house calls in the interim. I had an amazing time during Randy's Table Thai-Shiatsu class last Saturday at Zen Shiatsu. Constant learning is my second favorite thing about being a massage therapist 🤓 ...(the first favorite thing being connecting to other humans and helping them feel better ✨️) The avenues to healing seem infinite to me. It's inspiring and invigorating.
