It's been a hotttt minute since I posted something, so I figured I'd come back strong in 2024 with an introductory post.

My name is Braden Hofeling and I started CurioCabinet by Braden in January 2023 out of a desire to make natural, healthy, locally sourced skincare products that are every bit as luxurious as store bought products.

This year, I thought I'd share with you my personal goals as a way to get to know me better.

What do you hear?

It's ✨lilac season✨ and I'm here to show
you how to make the most of it!

Lilacs are a beautiful, but extremely short lived bloom. To keep the spirit of summer with you all year round, you can make delicious lilac syrup!

It's super simple! Just gather a handful or two of lilac blossoms. Then, add them to equal parts water and sugar (or honey, monkfruit, etc. - I used all three!) and bring to a gentle boil. Maintain for 5 minutes, then turn off heat and let the flowers infuse in the syrup for up to 8 hours.

Strain and refrigerate! Add to cocktails, pancakes, and more!!
