What Your Cuticles Say About Your Nail Health 👀💅🏽
Your cuticles are more than just skin — they’re a window into your nail health. Here’s what yours might be telling you:
✨ Dry, cracked cuticles
➡️ Often a sign of dehydration or lack of oil. Regular cuticle oil = healthier nails.
✨ Hangnails & peeling skin
➡️ Could mean your nails need moisture or you’re picking/biting too often.
✨ Red, swollen, or sore cuticles
➡️ May indicate irritation or infection. Always keep hands clean and avoid cutting too deep.
✨ Smooth, hydrated cuticles
➡️ A sign of consistent nail care and proper maintenance 👏🏽
Healthy cuticles = stronger, longer-lasting nails.
