Float fans...lets talk about our Infrared sauna. We know after a massage, sitting in the sauna for 30 minutes helps sweat out Lymphatic Drainage released during the massage. We know after a hard workout the sauna helps with muscle recovery. We know doing a 30 minute infrared sauna before the float, opens pores and allows better absorption of magnesium from the Epsom salt.
People with spare parts (hip, knee...) and pregnant woman should NOT use the sauna.
