This month we also celebrated Lynsey’s ONE YEAR waxiversary with us, and honestly it’s hard to believe it’s only been a year.

From day one, she brought experience, leadership, talent, and the kind of energy you just want to be around.

With 5+ years in the industry already under her belt, she came in confident, knowledgeable, and ready to jump in wherever needed. But what makes Lynsey truly special isn’t just that she’s an incredible waxer, it’s the way she makes people feel.

Some days it feels impossible trying to grow a business while also growing tiny humans. The balance isn’t perfect, the house isn’t always clean (it’s hardly ever clean), and there’s definitely been emails answered with a baby on my hip. But truthfully? I wouldn’t trade this life for anything. 💗

Being a mom has made me softer, stronger, more driven, more patient, and way more grateful. Everything I’m building means more because of them.
