One small change that made production easier…

Using piping bags for thicker scrubs.

Some packaging is meant for retail.
Some for sampling.
Some for introducing someone to the product without overwhelm or waste.

Now every size has a purpose.

Not every herb works best the same way.

Some ingredients are better suited for oil infusions.
Others perform better in water-based extractions.

Now the method depends on the formula - not habit.

Every ingredient should have a purpose - and work well with the rest.

That’s where the difference shows.

At this scale, consistency matters even more.

Every batch and every fill has to be right.

Infusing oils takes time… but it shouldn’t take all of yours.

Depending on the batch size, I adjust my method and use a timer so I can step away while it does the work.

They’re not precise enough for formulation.

Using scales allows me to measure accurately…
and keep every batch consistent.

It creates sediment that has to be strained out multiple times.

Using a tea bag keeps the infusion cleaner and the process simpler.
