Any Job we do we have to be mindful of our bodies ! Everything done in repetitive motions can and will cause our bodies to go through wear and tear. Sitting during long highlights sessions if you can is such a game changer because it helps to give your feet a little break !

I even have started using compression socks to help for the LONG days of standing because I want to continue to do my part in aiding good health habits !

I almost didn’t video this but I’m glad I did because she’s cute, cute !! She has a ton of hair the before doesn’t even do it justice ! The amount of hair removed I’m still shook !! She wanted a shorter style that she can manage without it puffing up after she leaves the salon ! I used gel and diffused to create this soft wave style her natural waves help create the effect ! Enhancing her texture and

I love my curls it’s been a good few years actually embracing them and not blowdrying weekly or monthly !

So the alternative is slick it back and call it a day on wash day 🫶

The routine matters if you skip wash days for weeks make sure you’re giving your scalp care to refresh detox and provide a clean healthy environment for your hair to grow !

Also make sure you’re catering to the ends providing proper hydration-moisture so your growth is strong and doesn’t dehydrate itself off your head ☺️
