We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Perfume Boutique Sales Associate to join our team. We are a small, local, woman owned business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fragrances, excellent communication skills, and a flair for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, demonstrating products, and ensuring an inviting shopping experience in community environment. Bilingual and prior sales experience are highly valued to help connect with diverse clientele and enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Create and/or post social media content to engage & grow business.
Assist customers with selecting perfumes and related products through upselling techniques
Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and restocking shelves as needed
Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring stock levels to ensure product availability
Perform cashier duties with attention to detail, including basic math calculations for transactions
Support the team with general store duties such as merchandising, stock rotation, and cleanliness
Requirements

Prior retail sales experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Bilingual proficiency is a plus to serve a diverse clientele
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math is desirable
Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
Supervising experience is beneficial for leadership opportunities within the boutique
Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices.
