With a heavy heart, I’m saddened to share the passing of David Carpenter.

Dave was the original owner of Ram’s Barbershop and spent over 50 years behind the chair, turning a small barbershop into a community staple. He was more than just a barber…he was a familiar face, a steady presence, and someone so many people trusted and grew up with.

Dave was a proud father,grandfather, great grandfather, an avid golfer, and an active member of this community. He created countless memories for his clients, and it’s been an honor for me to hear their stories as I now stand behind his chair. Whether it was the pl***oy magazines scattered around the shop or a not-so-gentle tap on the head with a comb to sit still, Dave had a way of leaving an impression that won’t be forgotten.

As the person entrusted to carry on Ram’s, I am deeply honored to follow in his footsteps and continue the legacy he built. Dave will always be a part of this shop, and he will be truly missed.

Vacation Notice ✂️🌴

Hey everyone! I’ll be out of the shop on vacation for a destination wedding from Tuesday 1/20 through Wednesday 1/28.
‼️This week will be the last opportunity to get a cut before I take off!!! ‼️

• Monday 1/19 and Wednesday 1/28 will be appointment ONLY.
• Normal shop hours will resume Thursday 11/29

Make sure to get those appointments booked for the rest of this week/weekend, or schedule your appt in advance for when I get back!
