These sessions are gentle, sacred containers
where you are welcome exactly as you are.
Whether you are moving through grief, stress, transition, or simply feeling the weight of life, you don’t have to carry it alone.
This is space to slow down, to listen, and to allow the body and spirit to ground.

Each session is intuitively guided and may include: breath guidance to support your nervous system, sound healing with crystal and brass bowls, chimes, and various subtle sounds... energy clearing and cleansing, burning bowl and intention setting rituals, prayer, oracle card or other aligned readings, or simply quiet, supportive presence.

Come release what you’ve been holding and gently call forward what is ready for you. There is nothing you need to do. Nothing you need to fix. Just a grounding return to yourself.

This work is rooted in care, compassion, and accessibility. Sessions may be held 1:1 or in a group, and are available in person, virtually via Zoom, phone or even text.

I believe that healing and safety should be available to those who need it, regardless of financial circumstance, and I am always open to working with you in a way that feels aligned and supportive. And there is never, ever a charge for prayer 🙏🏽

Last night I held a private birthday sacred circle, a soft, luminous evening of meditation, blessing, and pure heart energy.

I’m deeply humbled and honored to hold space for women like these who give so much of themselves to their families, their communities, and the world around them.

In this circle, they allowed themselves to pause. To breathe. To be witnessed. To be poured into, instead of pouring out. There was laughter, release, stillness, and the sweetest sense of return and the reminder that even the strongest of women need moments of softness, ceremony, and renewal.

May this new year of the Fire Horse meet you with clarity, joy, and blessings beyond measure. Thank you for trusting me with your hearts 🤍✨

And just like the Snake we arrive at the moment where the old skin loosens, old stories, patterns, versions of self, habits, griefs, and chapters... ready to be shed. And to offer them to the fire so something new may live. In the dark, we seed intention. In flame, we remember. In ashes, life rearranges itself.

This is not a rushed release. It is the moment after the final shed when the body is bare, honest, and listening. We pause. We breathe. We approach the fire the way one approaches a free spirited and strong willed horse. With respect, presence, and an open heart.

And in that still space, we'll name what has finished its work in us. We’ll thank it. And then will we offer it to the flame, so all that remains emerges radiant and free.

Now, gently bring your lips together,
as if you’re slowly blowing through a straw.

Breathe in through the nose…
and breathe out slowly through pursed lips.
Inhale… two… three…
and exhale… four… five… six…

Again.
Breathing in…
and soft, slow release.
Let the exhale be longer than the inhale.

That tells the nervous system
it’s safe to soften.
Inhale…... and melt the breath out.
