Anyone got secrets on how to not literally NOT pull things I don’t even know from people I work on other than standing in a bubble?? Welcome to opening the conversation.. I try swiping energy off myself immediately, getting grounded, meditating, speaking peace over myself and protection before and during, twisting my body in chant, listening to healing frequencies, massage, clean eating, working out, breath-work, salt water floats, sitting by ocean, hugging trees, all the things to still feel drained in unexplained ways. I know I can power through with my self care routines so within the next 24-48 hours the immediate “happy” from massage takes a path of unknown for me! That is why I do not work on multiple people daily and CHOOSE selectively since I am not sure how i will feel after working on bodies. I feel for bodyworkers that are flipping bodies like pancakes off their table to survive financially. I may not be getting rich from this and all jobs have Hard stuff we get through. I just think when I master my own recovery that I don’t understand I’ll write the BOOK! There has to be more people out here like me and how I feel after for hours.

Love isn’t only romantic. It’s communicated in thousands of ways:

* Speaking truth with kindness.
* Creating beauty that lifts another person.
* Helping someone feel seen, safe, and understood.
* Offering forgiveness, even when it’s difficult.
* Taking care of yourself so you can genuinely care for others.
It also means love is a verb, not just a feeling. We communicate it through our choices, our attention, our patience, and the energy we bring into a room.
