Self Henna Class Informationtion

Class Content.
Using 9 different herbs and oils from Ojas Ayurvedic Products, we will be teaching a self henna course following Ayurvedic health practices.
You will make your own blend of herbs to suit your individual health condition and make your own paste.

We will teach you how to do self scalp massage, how to apply the Herbal paste, benefits of footbath and home self care through practice and feeling good.
Let's share about health, beauty, joy of femininity, and abundance through the goddess of henna, Lakshmi, and create a congenial time together!

Guests need to bring
* 4 towels (one to wrap around your head (tenugui or onsen towel is best), two to dry your head, and one to wipe your feet and hands)

Please come dressed for the day and wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. pls don't use hair conditioner day before.

✨Self Henna Class Information✨

Blonde hair to brown
and Care for damage.

Dissolve 3 tbsp henna.4 tbsp indigo.2 tsp herbal mix in warm water to make a paste and apply to hair from scalp to hair.

Do not wear a cap, just wrap a towel around it and let it sit for 30 minutes.

This blend is very effective in treatment and purification, and the color variations can be created depending on the ratio of the blends.

Amalaki as a rejuvenator and general tonic
Natural vitamin C-rich fruit

In Ayurvedic herbalism, amalaki is a powerful rejuvenator.

It especially regulates pitta, rejuvenates blood, bones, liver, and heart, generates and maintains new body tissues, and increases red blood cells.
It also cleans the oral cavity, strengthens the teeth, and nourishes the bones.

It also helps with ongoing myopia and inflammation of the stomach and colon.

Amalaki is a vitamin C that is not easily broken down by heat.
It is recommended to drink it every morning as a tea.

Henna is an integral part of Ayurveda because of its many benefits for wellness. Various parts of the henna plant are used in Ayurvedic preparations.Ka’ikenaora, with its wellness brand Ojas, offers the highest quality henna leaf powder, sourced directly from farms in northwestern India, which is blessed with a favorable climate and soil.


Ingredients: 100% Natural Henna Leaf Powder (LAWSONIA INERMIS)No additives, No preservatives, Non GMO.


Mixing of Paste: Pour the powder in a bowl. Mix dry powder until there are no clumps. Add warm water to the bowl(about 113°F), at a 3:1 ratio Water to powder. Stir to make a paste with a consistency similar to mayonnaise. Eliminating clumps.


Application for hair / Scalp treatment:・Rinse hair with water to remove any hair products and impurities. Towel dry until hair isdamp.・Oil Massage to scalp.・Apply thoroughly to the scalp starting from the roots, dividing the hair into segments. ・Spread the paste with a stroking motion to ensure that the paste is spread over the entire area. Once the scalp/hair is covered, wrap hair in a towel and apply hot cap.・Placement period : Allow to sit for 30-40 minutes. Color/health benefits are more well received by the body when warm, warm foot bath is recommended during the placement period. ・Rinse hair with warm water, removing all the paste. Towel dry. Use dark towel to dry as color may bleed onto towel. ・Apply Amalaki oil to hair and scalp.


Indication: Henna Leaf Powder can be mixed with Amalaki Powder, Indigo Leaf Powder, Herbal Mix Powder. Amalaki Oil can be added into the powder mixture.

Storage: Store in cool and dry place away from sunlight.


Precautions: We recommend you to do a patch to test your sensitivity. Gloves are recommended during application as the Product may dye your skin. Do not use during pregnancy, menstruation, while drinking alcohol, taking medication, if you have eczema or a skin disease.
