This month’s HEALTHY EATING CLASS was perfect for summertime ☀️

A Spiced Pork Tenderloin Naan Sandwich was on the menu! Crisp vegetables paired with a bright tzatziki sauce made a filling yet light meal for summer 🥪🥙

We also discussed Safe Driving considerations as we age and Medicare updates if you move in or out of state 🏡

Our newest CNA class kicked off today, and they jumped right into learning by checking off their PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) skills! 🩺💙

We are excited to watch this group grow in confidence, knowledge, and compassion over the next few weeks. Every great healthcare professional starts somewhere, and today was the first step toward making a difference in the lives of others.

We can’t wait to see all they accomplish!
