Your appointments are very important to us, and that time is set aside especially for you. We understand that schedule changes happen; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
❤️ Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
❤️ No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without giving any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
