Another week another prep!!
My personal favorite: mahi mahi fish topped with sweet chili glazed sauce and a slice of lemon with seasoned zucchini and jasmine rice.
My go to meal for protein: seasoned chicken breast cut into cubes, seasoned air fried green beans and jasmine rice.
Fruit snacks: pineapples 🍍 blackberries and green grapes.
Meal prepping is one of the most effective way in staying disciplined and consistent when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, either you are trying to lose, maintain, or gain weight!
Started around 6ish, ate pizza 🍕 (cheat day) fed the kids, watched some football, kids tearing up the house, fussing, cooked again for the kids in the middle of me prepping my food, social media browsing, getting my house wife to clean up without getting into crap, and done around 9ish.
What I’m trying to say is that, meal prepping is easy and it doesn’t take long, the hardest part about it is, knowing what to make!
Think about what you want to make and cook it, the keys is too use lesser amount of seasoning, portion control, and what you use to cook everything!
The type of oil you use, what type of seasoning you using, and if you’re frying it, cooking it, baking it, or air frying it?!
With that being said, everything you see in the picture blow, I had air fried everything! Seasoning only salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive 🫒 oil!
And the fruits, is a good mix of antioxidants, and immune boosting super fruits! Being that we are in flu season, what’s a better, healthier, and easier way to help build our immune system stronger on top of our other vitamins we are already taking?!

Here's a basic but killer shoulder workout that will give you the burn you looking for!
Remember get in every single rep and set to get the burn 🔥 going! Continue to push even when you feel like u can't, this is when results come!
Pick a weight that you're comfortable with to be able to complete each exercise! This is not a race to complete so don't rush thru the workout, so take your time, get the form right and finish strong!
Give your self about 30-40 seconds rest in between each set.
