✨ Color Correction Transformation ✨
This one was definitely a process — and a reminder that healthy, beautiful blonde takes time and care. 💛

My client came in with mismatched color — red over old blonde, with some dryness and damage on the ends. She wanted to go back to blonde, so I let her know we’d take it step by step to protect her hair and her investment.

Session 1:
We started with a color remover to lift out most of the red, then I did a soft root tap and toned her to an even medium blonde. I used Olaplex every step of the way, followed by a moisture mask to keep her hair healthy and strong.

Session 2 (one week later):
We went in with highlights — carefully avoiding those fragile ends to maintain her length and integrity. After toning, we reached this beautiful blonde finish she’s been dreaming of! ✨

Color corrections like this take time, patience, and professional care, but the results (and the healthy hair) are so worth it. 💕

Let’s talk about SPLAT and box bleach… because your hair deserves better!

Those “do it at home” dyes might seem like a quick fix, but what you’re really doing is playing chemical roulette with your hair. 🎯

⚠️ Here’s what can happen:
• Hair melting right off your head 🫣
• Patchy, uneven color that won’t lift right later 😖
• Chemical burns or bald spots (yes, really!)
• Months — even years — of damage to fix

We AREN’T being dramatic when we say please put the box down.
We’ve seen the aftermath — gummy, fried, broken strands that no toner can save.

With that being said…here is what I finished cutting off of someone’s head who did just that: Red SPLAT box dye, then box bleach right over it….and her hair was literally melting 🫠

I DID NOT take pictures of her hair before or after the cut due to her already being in tears that this happened…the integrity of your hair means so much to us a PROFESSIONAL LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST….if we tell you I can’t do something, TRUST us…it’s NOT cause we are lazy, or don’t want to do it….its because your hair will look like Cynthia off Rugrats…and WE ARE NOT taking responsibility for that!
