Workouts - work your ass off for 25 minutes.
Nutrition - don’t eat like an as***le the other minutes in the day.😁

See? Simple.🤣 But seriously, it doesn’t matter how short or long a workout is if you’re eating crap the rest of the day. If you want your body to change, then you have to change habits, both in workouts and food. If you don’t know how to, then it’s just like a workout program…find a nutrition program!
