Ya’ll….I’ve definitely had some interesting experiences at work with my natural hair. Shockingly, once an employer called me names and made fun of me because of my hair. I was uncomfortable to say the least!There have also been times where I received tons of compliments at work in regards to my hair.

It took a while for me to feel comfortable wearing my hair out and proud at work.

For this style I used heat. So it was important to use a heat protectant. I used Cantu Beauty heat protectant for these curls!
