I had the best time learning this cheerleading routine and collaborating with the parents from all teams in our Dynamic Cheer gym. This was also a great way to bond with our girl’s coaches. I will definitely participate next season and start to prepare now.

Honestly I sustained a high hamstring pull/tear during the first practice (2 months ago) that I’m still recovering from and a recent neck and back injury from attempting to backspot a teddy bear sit. 😩 My back has been thrown out and I’ve been wearing a back brace and using a heating pad nightly thanks to our beautiful neighbor. 😊It was all worth it. Laura pleaded with me numerous times to not perform. I have been stressing her out and she couldn’t stand seeing me hurt. She’s cried a lot over this but I was determined to follow thru! 😁

All I kept thinking was to have fun and take it easy and that’s exactly what I did!

I am always in awe for my athletes and what they have to endure. Laura thought we were hilarious and she couldn’t stop laughing 🤣 I also want to thank Noah for helping me stretch and Maria for coaching me on proper stunt techniques.

Most importantly I’ve had the biggest supporter in my corner Samuel Roland and he says he’s going to participate next year. 🥰
