Spent my Mother’s Day pouring back into myself, my purpose, and my healing gifts ✨

After over 8 hours of deep training, emotional release, learning, and alignment, I officially became recertified in Reiki Level 1 and now certified in Reiki Level 2 under my sis Imani 💛

This was more than a class. This was life-changing.
A reminder that healing starts within and that energy truly lives in all of us.

I’m so grateful to continue expanding my ability to help people move stagnant energy, release emotional heaviness, reconnect with themselves, and heal from the inside out.

Rebuilding my sacred space has felt like rebuilding parts of myself. ✨

Somewhere between pouring into everyone else, building businesses, hosting events, and showing up for the world… I let this part of me fall to the side. The healer in me got quiet for a while. But she never disappeared.

This space is where I come when I need grounding, clarity, healing, guidance from my ancestors, and reconnection with myself. This is where I remember who I am and what I was called to do.

This weekend, I’ll be getting recertified in Reiki Level 1 and advancing to Reiki Level 2 with the amazing Imani and I honestly can’t think of a better way to celebrate myself this Mother’s Day. 💖

Healing is my calling. Helping others heal is part of my purpose. And before I can fully pour into others, I have to continue healing myself too.

Every step deeper into this work feels like another step closer to the woman I was placed on this earth to become.

So grateful. So aligned. So ready. ✨

My 6-year-old had a bike accident and was uncomfortable in her private area… and instead of ignoring it or just masking it, I leaned into natural care, gentle support, and real body awareness.
Yes—this included introducing her to the concept of yoni steaming.
Not as a trend. Not as something to play with.
But as a conversation, an awareness, and a foundation.
Let’s be clear—everything isn’t for everybody, and everything isn’t for every age without knowledge, intention, and proper care.
But I’m raising my daughters to know their bodies, not be disconnected from them.
