Caught between “you have things to do—let’s be proactive” and “give yourself a moment, it’s okay to be still.”
Lately, I’ve been putting real effort into understanding my mental health—learning to recognize my highs and lows so I can actually enjoy life more and be present in it.
I won’t lie… it’s not easy. But I’m committed to the journey.
I want to start sharing more about this, not just for me, but to connect with others who might be feeling the same way. Because I know I’m not alone—and neither are you.
It’s okay to struggle. What matters is becoming aware and choosing to grow.
And remember… baby steps are still steps. 💛
