WHAT IS OMBRE POWDER?
Ombre Powder
is a semi permanent tattoo, it is a process in which a trained technician uses a handheld machine and pigment to create the appearance of a powder like finish. In this process, the technician creates tiny superficial dots on the epidermis layer of the skin that mimic powder filled brows. This is done in an Ombre manner, starting light at the front of the brows and goes dark towards the tail of the brows for a more dimensional brow finish.
