So happy to be back almost 💯. I been battling a bad ear infection for the past few days and it affected tremendously, not only at a physical level but emotional and professional. For context, our client came to us wanting a break from her lash extensions, during the removal process, we answer the following:

How often should we give our natural lashes a break between extensions?

It's not necessary to give our lashes a break since our natural lash growth cycle occurs every six to eight weeks. Lashes grow in and fall out im cycles. A person can typically shed between 1 and 5 natural lashes every day.

With that in mind, we recommend refills every two to three weeks to keep lashes looking their best!

No matter how you feel today, get up, dress up & show up. That’s great advice but how about if you can’t just get out of bed? The CDC says about 9% of Americans report they are at least occasionally, and 3.4% suffer from major . That statistic is from 2010 so I can’t imagine how the numbers have skyrocketed after a pandemic 😷.
