High-Protein Chicken Patty Meal Prep (Weight-Loss Friendly + Macros Included) ✨
This has been keeping me full, less bloated, and satisfied without feeling restricted.
🍗 Chicken Patties (Makes 4)
Ingredients:
1 lb 93% lean ground chicken
1 egg
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper
Optional: paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Mix gently (don’t overwork the meat).
Form into 4 patties.
Cook:
Skillet: 5–6 mins per side
Bake: 400°F for 18–20 mins
Air fry: 375°F for 12–15 mins
Internal temp: 165°F.

Carbs: ~50g
Fat: ~26g

When we went out of town, I was NOT about to just “hope” Buddy was okay while his sitter was at work 😂 So I got this camera and babyyyy… best decision.
