Hey ! So, I have recently started something with my good friend Washadda Casey to help with accountability. We created a hashtag, (like tag, you’re it) so that we “tag” each other on our FB stories when we’re done with our daily exercise. I have absolutely loved it so far! I would love to see others join in if you like! Find an accountability partner who will “tag”’you after their workout to motivate yourself to keep it going! ! You can tag your partner on your page, story or in this group. I would love to see those posts in here though! Let’s start a movement!!!! Friends holding friends accountable in the name of fitness!
