Even as someone who teaches wellness… I’ve been feeling overloaded.
Too many platforms.
Too much news.
Too many opinions.
Too much pressure to level up.
To stay relevant.
To respond.
To react.
And at some point you have to ask yourself —
Is this anxiety?
Or is this overconsumption?
We were never meant to process this much input every single day.
Constant updates.
Constant noise.
Constant performance.
No wonder our nervous systems are tired.
This season, I’m learning to guard my heart, eyes, ears and PEACE.
Not in denial.
In discipline.
You can care without consuming everything.
You can show up without burning out.
