Truth is, any “diet” or nutrition plan that you use can work as long as you are in a caloric deficit. There is no ONE way that this can be achieved.

You can literally eat donuts and pizza every day and still lose weight. So why for the love of everything yummy would you torture yourself and cut out foods that you actually enjoy.

Figure out what your caloric deficit range is. Incorporate foods that are tasty and delicious while still staying within that range. Hope this helps😊
