God Influenced Her

It’s not okay to label yourself as the cussing Christian, The cussing minister etc. This is one i see a lot with those who say they believe. Yes we all have different paths and things will take time but we are to lead by example.

“From the fruit of their mouth a person’s stomach is filled; with the harvest of their lips they are satisfied. The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

Stop picking and choosing when you want to live by Gods word. Stop being deceived by those who teach his word and don’t bear good fruit. The Holy spirit God has given us to convict us of sin to REPENT! Repentance is to turn away from, to change. God convicts us because he loves us. Just like parents correct their children out of love because you don’t want to see them suffer, the same way God doesn’t want us to suffer from lack of knowledge.

When you start to normalize your sin and make excuses for it, you’re ignoring your spiritual conscience or lacking knowledge from Gods word.

“In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.”
‭‭Titus‬ ‭2‬:‭7‬-‭8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Stop normalizing being lukewarm Christians and normalize addressing your convictions to walk with the Holy Spirit.

I been in this walk going in two years and I’m always learning something about myself that Gods doesn’t allow me to be okay with. I’m even quick to apologize when needed regardless if i was right and when i am wrong. I even got Holy Spirit checked this morning and said let me mind my business.

I love that God loves me enough to not continue to let me go back into old ways, create bad habits or patterns that pull me away from him. Just how our parents love us enough to correct us out of love so we know better. So does our father who loves us in heaven.

It’s also VERY IMPORTANT that you don’t put your personal convictions on others. What God may convict you of isn’t for everybody. When i first started my walk i did a few things based on others convictions that had nothing to do with me. I know make sure to not throw my convictions on others.

Example: I have owned a few material things but never have i idolized them. Yet God may make another individual throw all their designer away because he knows their hearts. So i wouldn’t want someone else to throw all there things away just because God convicted me of something personal i was doing.

Let God continue to lead you and guide you. It’s a blessing to have the Holy Spirit. But be very mindful of ignoring Gods convictions because of pride, ego, flesh etc.

THIS IS NOT A SAFE ZONE!

I hear this so much and because i have souls to save this needs to be said. You cannot call yourself a Christian and NOT live by God words. Salvation doesn’t come by just attending church and being a preachers kids. They’re many people who grew up in church like myself and was still was a friend of the world as i became an adult. A friend of the world is an enemy to God. James 4:4

God said to pick up his cross and follow him. Obey his word. Live holy and righteously. You will know them by their fruits!

We cant ignore Gods way and say we believe without bearing good fruit. You must decide for yourself to be to believe and follow Jesus.

Everyone has to choose to accept or reject the gospel. No one can become apart of Gods kingdom on the base of heritage or connections! There is no being saved by church attendance or your parents.

Let’s get out the religion image and get into our bibles in the spirit!
