🍓🌶️ Strawberry Jalapeño Cowboy Candy

Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries (hulled & sliced)
1 cup jalapeños (sliced into rings)
1 cup sugar
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine:
* Sugar
* Apple cider vinegar
* Water
* Lemon juice
* Garlic powder
Bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves
Add sliced strawberries and jalapeños
Simmer for 10–15 minutes until slightly softened and syrup thickens
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Transfer to a jar or container
Let sit and absorb flavors (even better after a few hours)
