Came for a seminar… left with ideas, confidence, AND a little bit of luck on my side
Today’s HOA Board seminar by Goodwin & Co turned out to be way more than I expected. I thought it would be informative… but it was actually energizing; truly comprehensive, practical, and actually useful
so many new ideas I already want to implement
amazing vendors and real conversations
and that feeling like… ok, now I want to do even more😳.
And then… plot twist
We ended the day with a mini photoshoot🙈
Yes — posing, angles, confidence, all of it
And honestly? That part hit different: Because showing up matters
Not just knowing… but being seen
And also… let’s talk about luck🍀
I am now officially NOT allowed to stop believing in it
