I post a lot of gym photos because #☝🏾 it’s a natural way to get the circulation to move waste & toxins out, which is a bonus for having ✨.
Secondly because once I turned #41 my body has been going through somethings 😑. I’ve been diagnosed with & . Some of this has come from age but mostly just being a . I’ll have to make an entire video on how bad 👩🏾⚕️ wears down the body. I have my days where I have to do a lot to prep and be able to workout but all the more reason why I refuse to stop moving. I’ve had to change up my workout routines and removing all thing inflammatory foods@out of my diet but there’s always away around things (trust me & 💪🏾
