❣️Remember to avoid alcohol 24 hours before and avoid NSAIDS ( aspirin, ibuprofen, aleve, Motrin, etc) a week before your appointment. Certain pain relievers and even supplements such as ginseng and Vitamin E can cause your blood to thin and increase risk of bleeding and bruising at the injection site.
❣️Avoid retinol, glycolic acid, or any anti-aging products for at least two days prior
❣️Avoid any type of hair removal around your lips (no tweezing, waxing, threading, or hair removal cream) for at least two days prior
❣️Take Arnica tablets two days prior to minimize bruising and help with healing
